Brandon your the man. great teaching and great questions that you asked, they were specific and direct. don't be afraid of a little silence though. you had a few comments and then you took over and asked another question. let them think and give them a chance to respond.

Awesome Job buddy! I sent you a copy of the peer eval. You did a great job using the technique as a tool to achieve the goal of teaching the principles you needed them to learn. Well done, and great confidence!
